SUNFOREST H-100F

The H-100F measures Brix, Dry Matter and Internal Browning

in larger fruits. It is the only model in the series

capable of detecting internal browning defects

non-destructively.

Compatible fruits: Apple, Pear, Peach (hard and soft),

Persimmon, Mango, Citrus, Grape (Shine-muscat, Campbell, Kyoho).

Measured parameters:

· Brix ±0.5%, Dry Matter ±0.5%, Browning (apple)
